We offer preventative and primary healthcare services to provide access to quality healthcare regardless of income or insurance status. 

From our team of medical professionals to our referral partners, CarePoint patients have access to wellness exams, chronic disease management, treatment of acute illnesses and minor injuries as well as chiropractic care and physical therapy.

Walk-ins are welcome and will be placed in our next available appointment slot.

  • New prescriptions or refills of narcotics, benzodiazepines, or controlled substances

  • Seizure Disorders

  • Blood Thinner management

  • Wisdom teeth

For services we are unable to provide in our clinic, please ask about our network of referral partners who may be able to help provide the needed services (laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, and other specialty providers).  While not all of these are offered at no cost, financial assistance may be available through the provider.
